Now that looks good Alan. Do the gases blow onto the chin fairing. Looks a bit close about 7-8secs in. May just be the viewing angle.

the chin spoiler will need modding for the tailpipe to clear it, i just put it all together for a quick vid, then i put my more normal straight thru back on

Would it be possible to rotate the exit to clear before welding. I'm also wondering if there would be enough clearance at the back for someone using a Free Spirits tensioner? It's a bit difficult to judge with just a side view. But it sure looks and sounds nice.
I wish my welding was as clean and tidy as that.
