Oh and the original showa lasted about 35000miles with no problem until the day the seal failed ;)
And wasn't as harsh a ride as the AST which i suspect needs a softer spring ;)

Tis wound off ;) think the AST's tend to be to stiffly sprung as standard ...think GB had a softer spring fitted to his.........is OK with an adult passenger but even with Harry on it is very harsh over bumps.
