hi guys

well heres first pics of a full stainless system my mate has built for my buell s1

thanks to pash for digging out the exhausts timings for my cams, its all been calculated for optimum power etc etc

bike has a 1250 kit fitted, mikuni, 536 cams, crane ignition etc and was putting out 104 rwhp at last count

as part of this system the headers have been made to fit better, and with stainless collets, headers are 2" bore into custom Y piece and then 2.5" pipe into 2.5" perf through silencer. Silencer is ovalised and header and silencer length calculated for max gain

I'm very pleased with the system, headers are made specific and identical length

Will be dyno testing it within couple of weeks so will post any power gains

heres some pics - click for full size

Ooh nice... Can we have some pictures of the whole bike so we can see the bigger picture?

Will be interested to see the dyno plots - out of curiosity rather than anything else - my .497 cams are plenty lumpy enough for me...

well, that was interesting

exhaust performed well, but not quite as good as my race system did

So Im having a rethink and this one off exhaust is up for grabs

Id say it'll be about the same power wise as a standard system, just sound a lot better

see sale thread for pics
