Well ferreteer, you have to wait or p*ss off. The bike is not yet registered here, so it will take at least a month or two to have that done. The price will follow shortly. I have been riding this amazing bike for six years and I decided not even a week ago to sell it. Can I please have some time to think about the price??

A Dutch saying says: Patience is a healthy case.

p.s. The rims look polished (says Mich) but they always told me they were chrome PM rims. SO we're not sure now

Nice original bike, apart from aftermarket foot pegs and Vance & Hines exhaust. Model Year 1999. NOT 2001 as previously stated. Apologies for that.

Good Bits:
=======

* - Completely unmolested and standard example. Try finding one of these! 8-)
* - Very reliable, never had any issues. Worst problem over the last 2 years was a snapped clutch cable!
* - Clean and mechanically quiet engine. Has never been opened and tampered with.
* - Oil consumption minimal
* - Starts first time every time, even if left standing for weeks. Good strong battery that doesn't go flat (no alarm!)
* - Good tyres with plenty of thread
* - Good brakes all round
* - Good suspension all round
* - First serviced by HD Dealer in Holland and later by Twin Power
* - Only female owners, never thrashed. Ridden like a granny on a shopping trip... :twisted:
* - Will include a stainless steel custom rack and 2x Booster bags.
* - Aftermarket custom stainless undertray
* - Will come with 12 months UK Mot and 6 months tax. (to be done in February)

Bad bits:
======

* - Minor cosmetic marks here and there but overall very good.
* - No oil leaks apart from a little bit from the rubber alternator bung in the primary. Known niggle and a bit of silicone will sort that.
* - Tank cover and fly screen have a few chips so could do with a respray at some point, though its not bad.
* - Tiny 1/2 inch rip in the side of the seat. Barely visible.
* - I have taken a hacksaw to the underside of the seat at some point.... sawing off the middle mounting hook. The seat is secure on the bike and doesn't really move, but it needs to be mentioned.

Price £3200 ONO. No silly offers!

(thanks ofcourse to Mich, who typed all of this :4roz: )

Wow, looks fantastic and a bargain at that price. If I was after an X1 I would have snapped your hand off...

Be interesting to see what the yellow one makes on EBay... I am guessing more than you are asking...

Good luck with the sale, I am sure you will miss it...

That yellow one went for three and a half grand on EBay.

Stick it on there for a good price...

Sell it to Germany, before you MOT/register it in the UK. 22 advertised @ mobile.de, 5100 € (4300 GBP) the cheapest.

Hi Gunter!

It's already exported from Holland and the bike is in the UK already. I really don't feel like all the hassle that comes with it.
