Indeed, my sister in law only got chucked out of Rhodesia ;) a few years ago.
I did have some fun there once though on a massive trek in the Eastern Highlands. I decided to walk across into Mozambique and went across an area with lots of barbed wire and signs written in Portuguese :?: wot I don't read :roll:
Apparently, it was a warning about landmines lOl lOl

As did my uncle - who'd emigrated there from Zambia. he then went to SA and later to NZ - Thankfully not close to Christchurch. But very close to hobbit-land. Worrying really.

wtf they (venhill) don't do Buell cables is beyond me. But then again - I'm still coming to terms with steam power.

.......and remember folks, tin the cable before cutting with a sharp cold chisel, otherwise the cable will splay out like Pensioners pubes ;)
