Phoned Nobby (parts dept) at BB Friday mid-day, placed order, he was true to his word and sent it asap....arrived 9 am Saturday morning. Knowledgable guy too and a pleasure to talk to. :worthy: :worthy: 8-) 8-)

Just glad that the surport is there from Maz and Steve and B/Bear that will hopfully get the bike working again, Iam still in shock about this situation.

And cheers for the advice and strapping a bike down - think Iam going to go down the trailer route

Knowing you as I do mate, that's a disaster waiting to happen.......I'd stick with a van if I were you.......better the bike falls over in the back than be spread all over the motorway/other traffic :idea:

sorry I should explain the last time a drove a car I broke that to in fact the only car to survive my ownership was my 997 mini, its best if someone else drives.

Sounds like it's driving and riding lessons and lessons in mechanical sympathy you need rather than vehicle warrantys ;)

riding Iam fine with driving on the other hand unless its on a track. :?

as for mechanical sympathy I dont touch my bikes the dealer has/done.
