Interesting to see those sprockets Lars. You've got the same little chips in them that I have in mine, though I think mine are a bit worse, especially on the rear sprocket where they're on almost every tooth. I'm guessing they must be caused by small bits of crap getting into the belt. I used some emery paper to smooth their edges so they won't do any damage to my belt.

yes, mate i noticed them too and i thought that they my need going over to smooth out a bit.
has anyone done this?

update:
belt has arrived at Guildford HD - so i will pick it up this weekend! and than fit it.
