First update from Chris and Jane. Tuesday evening and they have made it safely to Tonsberg in Southern Norway. Tomorrow they are heading north in hopefully dry weather and covering the next 366 miles. Both the Guzzi and the Buell running well. ......................So far so good :sun:

Chris and Jane are making great progress :sun: As of Thursday night they had made it to Mosjoen in North Norway. Today they are having a day off and a well earned break. Sadly the weather is not being so kind to them and has been very cold with heavy showers. Both bikes are behaving beautifully and the scenery even in the rain is stunning. Saturday is onwards and upwards to the Arctic Circle :worthy:

A very wet and cold Timo (JinX) has now joined Chris and Jane. So we now have two buells ( and a Guzzi) at the Arctic Circle 8-)

And cold and wet I was!!

We were today at the Arctic Circle Center in Norway. We're now at Arjeplog, Sweden. And what a great ride it was again, though a bit cold... :D

Great pic Timo  . Our intrepid twosome have been in touch and confirmed their arrival in Arjeplog, Sweden. They tell me that there was lots of snow at the Arctic crossing point but at least the roads were clear despite the cold. :sun:

However I am slightly worried that our ever restrained Chris has got some form of altitude sickness from being so far north. He appears to be channelling Willybuell and has signed off with a YEEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAAA  :?

I really must enter the 21st century :oooops: and buy a laptop like what Timo has..........

Any road up - mission accomplished and today has been everything we'd hoped it would be. We weren't expecting quite as bad conditions but it made it more of a challenge  with the temperature at the Arctic Circle visitor centre showing minus 0.5 deg C and lots of snow.

I'll sign off now before I flatten Timo's battery :D .....
