You may want to add Passport, log book, MOT, Insurance certificate and condoms to the list Kev (incase you get pulled by a female copper ;) ). You may want to put them all in a ziplock bag, judging by the weather here.

I've put fresh oil and a filter in mine. I'm ready.
See you at Folkestone. :yup:

Well... I'm sure that if Kevmean breaks down again on the way we'll see him. Like last year! ;) Alternatively, I could always run him over Panzer style.....

We're back!!

I had such a nice time with you guys. Always nice to get to know some people better and hear their stories. Nice to have some Dutch people there as well....... 9 in total. Respect for those die hearts (very disappointed with the Dutch ones who didn't come)

You make me feel like one of the British, which is very nice (even when you are taking the piss out of me )

Hope you all got home safe

Had a fantastic time in Belgium this weekend. It was my first trip abroad riding my own bike. The XB ran faultlessly. Thanks to Richie for leading the way, fantastic route through the countryside...much more interesting than motorway. I think someone said there was a total of 22 British bikes at the meet-up. I had a lovely time. Thanks to everyone for making me so welcome.

Great venue, great hospitality, great friends and great memories.. xxx

I will add a couple of photos shortly. :yup:

Home from a fantastic weekend :D Muffin ran absolutely perfect for the 622 miles............... slightly damp start at 5am sat when i set off but weather improved further South....only had one fairly heavy shower in France but a lot of damp roads but we still made good progress to Cassel for lunch and the afternoon and evening stayed dry at the BBQ (well weather wise that is ...certainly wasn't a dry evening beer wise lOl )
Missed a torrential shower this side when we got back while me Mojo and Whitey were having a coffee at the folkestone services.
Split from them for the M25 and apart from one shower had a dry ride home and the further north I got the brighter the weather ...............Att should have heard me on NewYork straight at about 7-30pm lOl
Biggest Brit turn out we've had at Lauwe so well impressed with the folks from here
If you've never been you are missing out on some fantastic hospitality.

Sweet night away from Blighty, albeit the field was a bit lumpy :D

Good company riding there (B and crew) from Jct 11 services to site via the sceneric route. Thanks Rain God.

Coming back was especially pleasing to be one of (old) :D three tubers spanking it home in close formation, 2 x S1 (mojo, me) and X1 (Kev)

Weather was forgiving.

Our European Cousins presented us with a efficient, impeccable, warm hearted and welcoming event.

Lots of hard work on their part

I preferred venue to the previous one I had attended on the industrial estate in 2008, had the feel of the old style type meet ups, feels kinda impromptu, although I know from experiance, lots of thought and hard work has gone into the event to make it a success

Great to meet new and old UKBEG friends.

Hope you all got home safe and dry.

Till the next time.
