going to do a full front end service so what do you good people recon on fork oil ..what should I use ?

any tip for putting in the new headrace bearings ....potts

Be interested to see what others say too, but I always thought Silkoline 20w was decent fork oil. I suppose it depends totally on your own weight, riding style etc etc.
I tend to slightly overfill my forks, and use upgraded springs 'cause I'm not exactly a 7 stone weakling

As for headrace, Not had to do my XB yet (only done 6K since I got it, last replaced at 10K), but patience and a decent drift/puller will see you alright
