Well, rocker covers are back on as well as all the rest of the gubbins, as all was well with push rods and rockers, but the noise is still there. However, after listening to it and reading a thread on here about a rattle on a XB, I may have a dose of the Dons (lazy lifter) or summat loose about the engine. I'll check the carb and filter bits first, as well as the oil and see what happens.
