September 11th, Sunday.
UKBEG invades Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm Museum
Arranged by some Wild West Country Yocals.
Meeting point Fleet Air Arm Museum - at 10am, generally hang out and talk Tuber V's Fueller V's Boiler, merits of Forcewinder over Carbon Spam Tin, how much more HP a K&N gives you and de-noid work arounds. When we have finished putting the world to rights, there will be the opportunity to see Concorde 002 (which is a bit shorter than the BA and Air France ones) plus loads of other good stuff.

It's on Sorn but even if it wasn't I prefer the Ulysses (or Guzzi) for 'long' distances - you can't beat a large comfortable seat and decent luggage capacity.

Nick - we would have loved to support your event but the forecast for the ride back ooop norf on Sunday afternoon/evening is particularly grim, with showers and strong to gale force winds ....

Sorry, but it's not a journey we fancy doing if we don't have to.

The BBC say the expected bad weather is the remnants of Hurricane Katia so make sure you're back home before it arrives :D....
