I still have the spare frame, but may have a use/need for it in December. I'm not using my road legal C90/125 at the mo, you could have that on a short term loan if that would help.

Should open a debate on that as they aren't as good as either a Lambretta or an FS1E.

Love the repair ideas, do you want me to try and get hold of the one my mate has? he is a knob when it comes to repairs and will no doubt break it.

There is a very nice cd175 project on ebay now, they are a great bike, when I was young and didn't give a s**t about anything and shared a house with a load of like minded wastrel mates we had one that we a rat cd175 that we shared, it didn't have a stand and you had to prop it against walls where ever you went, it never wouldn't start and although it was crap, it always brought a smile to your face.

,,,ok,,bit of an update, found a "as new" metal-wise frame from a C50 from a lad down in Norfolk, so bought it, (and a shed load of other bits, 95 quid all in 8-) cheers Sam 8-) ) ,,,so until month-end when I can afford to replace my camera, I'm on with vapour blasting everything that looks like it may just be solid metal underneath, (vapour blaster is a great way to find this out lOl ) ,,,so methinks this is what I'm aiming for,,

I like that. What are the wheels from? MB50? Second fuel tank for additional range is a nice touch too.
