You'd be surprised on the level of interaction from the top bods at Buell, especially compared to the likes of Yamaha.

Not sure about the equivalent-sized Euro makers, though. Maybe those at the top of Aprilia, KTM etc do keep in touch. The shame, though, is that they don't seem to want to, or be able to, do much about the negative stuff other than try to shut it down.
