That was a weird looking thing. Pair on the Triumph trying to keep up with that and the morgans through Edwina's got the loudest applause at the end of the race. Twas a good day, although a bit nippy in the afternoon.

It got a lot of attention in the paddock. It was built for hill climbs and as such did not fit neatly into any of the classes at Mallory. The organisers kindly allowed it in the vintage class, listed as a 280cc Morgan . Powered by a 1000cc Aprillia Tuono engine, and totally home built by the owner, Rob.

Bloody shame about Dave Wells.
