 That'll be pleasant for our touring holiday then. The one we've planned to do on the bikes, starting with Ems weekend. Bugger :dummy: .
Still, plenty of time for it to change and the :sun: to shine.

Metcheck is pretty good, I use it all the time. But the weather is so changable at the mo they must be struggling to predict accurately.

Fingers crossed :yup:

As many here can testify, I'm something of an expert when it comes to organising the weather for UKBEG events - especially Em's Day.

For the 17th to 19th July I've set the dials to:
22 degrees
Low humidity
Light 5 mph crosswinds
Fluffy white clouds

Perfect for riding bikes or flying aeroplanes.

Hey, Rider. 8-) Meeting at the Runnymede Hotel? If you are, they've recently put gates across the drive so you need to sit at the entrance now.

See you at Peterboro. :D

OK FOLKS i hope to only have to say this once
PARKING ARRANGEMENTS for Ems day will be made a lot easier if the majority know in advance where they are being asked to park :D
The main parking area in front of the control tower will be reserved for BUELLS and EUROPEAN V TWINS ONLY Buells on the side nearest the control tower european v twins on the side nearest the Lancaster taxi area.
All other makes will be parking at the rear of the control tower and adjacent roadways.
Anybody on a Buell that wants to park with a friend not on a buell will have to park at the rear as well.
In the main parking area please reverse up to the grass and park as close together as possible as space will be at a premium if we are as busy as last year. If parked neatly we will be able to get two rows down each side if required.
Anybody disobaying these rules will be sent to Jane for punishment

CJ can you copy this into your sticky post about the event as well please ;)

Anyone who is attending em,s festival and into history planes it may be nice to take a small detour to woodhull spa and have a look at the dambusters memorial in the centre of the village.Looking forward to meeting old freinds and new next weekend.

Thanks for the suggestion, Steve - it's one of the most impressive memorials in the area and well worth a visit:
