No worries, the actual buyer will soon see his/her pockets empty as well after making it presentable and getting the new type swing, shock, etc. etc. fitted lOl

It might have been the first ever S1W? ... possibly of interest to a bike-collector who isn't overly interested in actually riding it.

The bike was registered for road use in 1998 and does reflect its’ age in respect of wear and tear. There are no significant issues with the body work (there is a small tear in the seat, the engine could do with cleaning up, and the paintwork could do with being refreshed, as expected for a bike that is over 13 years old).

Yeah, right. It's in a hell of a state. Not many 13 year-old bikes have been as badly neglected as this one, and it makes me wonder how the engine has been treated. And with only 11,220 on the clock?!! Needs a complete strip down to clean everything up.

Quote:
The bike was last MOT'd and serviced in April 2011, whereby it was in excellent working order (and a lot of fun to ride!!). Since then, it has not been started, and has been stored in a shed.

The last time that bike was in excellent working order was proobably 10 years ago.
