Was that not an AP Lockheed design? Was Erik not an importer for AP Lockheed in the early days?

I went t' the London Motorcycle Show in ? 1971 Where Gardner had a stand...

They had their "Fuel Injection System". Which was basicly an open petrol tube in a bell-mouth.

An their "New Disc Brake".. Which was a rim brake fixed on wiv about 20 self tapping screws.... :? :?

Never saw either on a bike on the road tho.......

We all have to be thankfull that the cast fork leg, caliper and mudgaurd aluminium casting weren't used  they were bizaar, I tooled that job up for a customer and questioned the designers sanity, as we all know now, he is quite mad, lol.
