 Post subject: Problem with xb12r

I have a problem with my xb just put it back together after I snapped a bolt in head after fitting new exhaust system now when I try to start it started ticked over fine and took it up the road started to back fire and splutter now when I try to start it I have to pull clutch in to get neutral light on and won't start now but strong smell of fuel as well but I didn't change map to mods do I think that could have a part in it but any help please ? :?:

Take the plugs out, hold them with a pair of pliers and hold them over a gas flame to get them dry.

Put them back in.

Start bike with clutch pulled in, takes for a ride, get it nice and hot. If neutral light doesn't come on, swap the switch...

Firebolts are the future... :twisted:

Told you those Micron systems are shit :roll:
Did you remove the cylinder head for repair ?
If pulling the clutch in gives you a neutral light, you have a diode problem.

Lol Maz is it the diode in the right side fuse box you on about and I did not take head off I drilled it and then tapped it and tap snapped but lets not go there lol

Because when I was trying to start it again it smelt strong fuel and when it first went ticked over great until I took it up the road and started coughing and spluttering so thought it might of been over fuelling
