Hi guys

I'm having a clear out to make room for our new baby. I have two pannier boxes and mounting frame that I had on my XB12X. They are genuine Buell rigid boxes and in really good condition. The frame needs a little attention but only a lick of paint. At the moment I can't find the bolts but they must be somewhere. I'm not sure how much these are worthso please make me an offer.

Also my bike had a full Micron (?) system on so I have a standard exhaust back box available too. Again I have no idea how much its worth so make me an offer.

I live just south of Leicester for collection.

To the best of my knowledge the exhaust would have only been on the bike a maximum of a year. The bike still had some warranty on it when i got it and the existing exhaust was already off the bike when i got it. There is some light surface rust but that's to be expected considering where it sits on the bike.

The boxes are black and silver/champagne. Its the standard colour that they all came in and matches the frame colour of the XB12X

What year of manufacture is the bike ?

As for the year of manufacture I can't remember exactly because the bike came with a private plate on. I sold the bike two years ago in May. I think it was just outside of its 2 year warranty at that point. That would make it around 2007 - 2008 ish. I would guess 2007. Does that help or not?

I sold a set of panniers and topbox with frames recently I think for about £320

Obviously your sale is a little different and their condition might have been better/worse, so it's just a guide - good luck with the sale!

Thanks for that. I guess the panniers must be worth £200 then. Still not sure how much the exhaust is worth though.

At £200 I'll take them. Is it possible for you to post/courier them? If not, can you parcel them and I'll get them picked up by a courier. I live in North Wales, so picking them up is difficult.
