Totally blown away with Dave's M2. :yup:

Strangely Dave never moaned at the girls touching his beast. Every one else was "hands orf"

:D Home from another great weekend with some fantastic company ..................549 miles in total 8-) ........set off at 7-30 am yesterday morning to what i thought was going to be dry ride down ....how wrong could I have been lOl 8 miles into the journey it suddenly turned into a monsoon lOl came down that fast and hard it was too late to stop and put the extra waterproofs on ........problem being that it stayed like that for 40 miles and everytime I braked the water ran down my sleeves and filled my waterproof gloves up lOl .............the next 90 miles to Alan and Shells house was dry but i was frozen due to being wet ........dryed and warmed up and put my spare gloves on before we set off for the rest of the 130 mile journey meeting up with Kev and Jill on the way 8-) ....great to see everybody and we had a great evening at the Mrs Peel and Steeds residence . The ride home stayed nearly dry back to banbury .................decided to put the waterproofs on before leaving Alan and Shelleys luckily as it turned into a monsoon again on the M40 ............ then was Ok until I got to Newark where it again pissed it down for the next 25 miles ...waterproofs did the job of keeping the water out of my gloves though so was still dry when i got home :D
Oh and that bike of DFS's looks amazing in the flesh.

Hi guys,

First I need to say thanks again to Tubbs and the crew at Moorespeed for all the time and effort they put into building the bike for me. Also, thanks to everyone else who helped out in any way during the process.

Thanks for all the positive comments and feedback - I know it won't be to everyone's taste, but its what I wanted and I'm very happy with the result. Still a few bits to finish, but it should be on the road soon now.

Its taken a while, having started with this a couple of years ago:

Here's a few pics of 'work in progress':

and a couple more of how it is now:
