The itch for a tuono V4 is ever increasing, im going for my 3rd test ride tomorrow. Thought id test the water to see if any folk here were interested in my pride and joy.

PM me for full details, bike is faultless except for rh indicator which im in the process of replacing.

I dont know how to value the bike as its quite litterally had thousands spent on it, let me know your thoughts, good and bad, i wont take offense.

Are you sure you really want to get rid of that !!!. Its absolutely stunning.
Whilst the tuono is a nice bike, you're never gonna be able to use those 160 odd horses on a naked bike, AND unless you're gonna throw lots of hard earned at it its just gonna be another Aprilia tuono v4. If you're adamant the buell's got to go i'd start listing all the extras and mods you've made ( but i'd keep it meself ) ;)

Im not sure i want to let it go, the pictures really dont do it justice, the paint is flawless and very metalic, when the sun hits it the candy colour pops out at you.

I had the front and rear wheels powder coated gun metal grey along with the foot peg hangers rear brake and gear shifter arms. But the rear wheel bearing seat must of got sandblasted as shortly after fitting the rear wheel I noticed the bearing had spun !

So picked up the amber wheel but the lip was corroded, decided to try my hand at polishing, popped it on the bike and thought it looked so weird like the rest of the bike thats how it stayed, should I keep it though I will be getting it powder coated Matt black to match the front wheel.

I don't think you will get any more for it regardless of whats been spent on it.
You have to remember you've done it to your taste.
These bikes just aren't fetching a lot of money at the moment.

Was a long day of test rides yesterday, a deal has been made.

Bikes tested

Aprilia Tunono V4
Ducati streetfighter 1098
KTM RC8
Kawasaki zx10-R

New bike is the Kwacka, love the Tuono but i just could live with the wind blasting me that much, the Duke is just to viscious and the RC8 is too impractical.

Will be stripping the goodies off the 1125R and will post up here first, and the bike will go onto ebay.

If someone wants to swap out stock plastics for my painted ones PM me, obviously looking for some cash as well.

Quite a few folks going the Kawasaki route. They must be doing something right.

Pre reg 2010 models from under £8k or £99 deposit and 0% over 4 years for a 2012 model aren't bad incentives.
