What plugs do you recommend and what tool I need as I know is difficult to take off the rear one

Is possible to buy that plug spaner on ebay?

I always used the appropriate sized plug socket and ratchet - just make sure that you start them off by hand when putting new plugs in and take care not to cross thread them.

As for the plugs I would fit the HDB parts - they do seem to be the best.

And if your bike is prone to road spray these may be a good idea -

when i asked tubbs he said in his opinion the standard HD plugs really are the best option; i would need a very good reason to buy anything else.

They're the wrong plugs and massively over priced.......you need 10R12A plugs and they retail at 9.24 for the pair incl. vat.

Since I'm banned from my local Dealer lOl , I've used NGK plugs without any problems. Be aware that the NGK application book also quotes the equivalent of the hot running or 'soft' plugs that are now obsolete. Use the equivalent of the plugs that Maz has quoted above - their number evades me now but it's listed somewhere on this site ;)
