Daft question but I would like to know if my bike is the last UK regestered Uly

regestered July 2010 on "10" plate.
Buell XB12 XP

It had only done 1100 miles when I bought it in March My local H.D. dealer recently did its first service "FREE OF CHARGE" can't complain at that.

What, the first oil change service?
Can't answer your question but its as rare as rocking horse shit as an xp anyway, not many of those anywhere never mind here.
Big bonus if you like blue lights and would be too much of a temptation to switch them on when I saw drivers texting or like a girl yesterday painting her nails at 80mph on the M56, she was driving

The Police kit was removed by H.D. before the bike was regestered would have been fun to have it with the bike though I would have kept it in boxes in the shed not on the bike.

Yes H.D. Norwich did a full oil service the mechanic told me it was the first Uly he had ridden.

I can't comment on the competance of Norwich HD but judging by that last sentence I can suggest that a nice ride over the border into Black Bear territory would be followed by a much more confident ride home after your next service :yup: :yup:

I bought my 1125 from Norwich HD, they said I could get the first service at my nearest dealer and they would send me a cheque. Got it serviced at Riders, £220, Norwich would only pay £150 cos that's what they would have charged.

Tried to get Norwich to talk to Riders but they didn't want...

Won't be buying another new Buell from them...

I rather favour buying from the dealer that will be carrying out the servicing....presumably there was a reason that you bought from Norwich, hardly local to you.......

When my Uly had its first service at Rider's in Bristol, the mechanic took ages setting it up right at 1300 miles. Didn't cost be a penny. Other than a drive belt at 11900 and rear wheel bearings at 13500 it ran faultlessly right up to 13800 when I took it to Maz for a belated 10000 service. I did both oil changes myself every 2500 though.
