Get a manual from Technical.

I assume you mean Primary Chain, the cams are gear driven (like an RC30)

Good to her your ok spook... my arm never fully recovered from the nerve damage and the impact and brake has changed the shape of my arm slightly too, so some angles needed to do things in a certain way are not as obtainable as they were and i lost a lot of strength /power due to the nerve damage also... however i believe i have regaine enough muscle and movement and confidence in my arm to start looking at getting the bike back on the road and maybe see if i can still ride!! ive missed not being able t do any road trips!! jogle was the last one i did with Teresa as u remember... it was a great trip for a good cause and everybody got on great and had a good time, met lots of great people on here too.... would be good to see them all again.. muzza, buzz, kev, and was it dundee bob!! lol the long way round!! ha ha ..by the way charlie..(buzz) has moved to within a couple of miles of me, he now lives on Hayling island.. must go see him...

It would be great to do a challenge next year where everybody took part, whether for the whole challenge or part of it. Good to hear from you, let me know if you need anything to help you get back on the bike.

That would be good. I'll have to see if I can get a pass! Small kids and a new business are keeping me pretty busy these days. Shocked to hear that the arm is still not good, seems like a bloody long time.

I'll PM you next time I am able to get away.

Cheers
