I've got a spare pillion seat I used to fit a top box too if anyone is interested, I has 2 holes from where I bolted top box onto it, worked great for me.

£15 inc p&p in the UK.

Yes it will, and regarding that topic, it stayed on my Buell fully loaded over bumps, autobahn speeds of over 150mph and round the Nurburgring so I think it'll be fine ;)
