It's so useful having a garage or shed with wooden beams for when you're working on these bikes . Trouble is you end up with stuff floating around on straps like airfix models that you bang into ev erytime you go in .

OK bit further tonight ,engine part stripped ,cases come apart tomoz night ,near side mains on the way out :evil: ,two slightly bent push rods :shock: rear plug came too loosly so helicoil needed :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

so bit of a late night ,been looking at this crankshaft end float situation ,RIGHT 18 thou end float :shock: FFS ,14 thou movement of the rollers in the outer track which means theres 4thou clearence over the rollers when everything is bolted up ,HMMMMMMM sorting this is gonna be REAL interesting peeps , tired now boss tired ,zzzzzz ........zzzzzzzzzzzz........zzzzzz............zzzzzzzzzzz
