 Post subject: Fork seals

Got a 05 ulysses needs new fork seals, having problems finding them, anyone know good souce and i hav the size as 41mm, am i right, thanks

They should be available from any Harley dealer no problem Try giving Black bear a ring ;)
I think if you do a search you'll find links to alternative sources on here as well.

They are 43mm. Seals are the same as most Showa 43mm, e.g. recent GSXR1000. Any parts man worth his salt will find you some.

Alternatively try V-Tech for OE or if you want to go pattern, you could get Vesrah.

If you look in the useful info thread in the How To you will get more info

And finally any HD dealer can interrogate HDNet to tell you who in the UK has them in stock.

I am surprised a leading dealer like Black Bear would not stock a service part like that, after all it is fitted to the majority of Buells from 2005 to 2010 (except 1125s, 08/09/10 Ulys and Scg)

lOl .......I keep 3 sets of each fork overhaul kit (seals, bushes O rings etc.) for every model Buell made since 96 :twisted:

......but I dont mail order :)
