hi folks
anybody done a ully fuel pump removal to replace low fuel sensor.

I have tested the yellow/red wire with earth and the little yellow led comes on ok.

How to support bike once swinging arm is undone - I beleive you can remove pump without taking off swingingarm and oil pipes - just undo lower shock mount and undo swingingarm to give clearance.

Anybody got/made up a fuel pump puller?

while apart - what else to replace.

cheers
Chris

I removed the pump on a Firebolt which is probably the same. There was a small nylon mesh filter. You might consider replacing that. (Didnt cost much as I recall)
