26 foot x 8 foot steel workshop, 42 inch side door, 4 large sliding windows, vandal and burglar proof, lighting, heating, electrical and telephone points, consumer unit. Recently carpeted, fully lined (whiteboard) and insulated, this is a professionally done factory job. Has a bench seat at one end.

Steel double bolts secure shutters over windows and door has two heavy duty lock packs.
Superb secure dry storage or workshop. Good enough to live in.

£1200 ono. An ordinary steel lorry back container with no interior will cost over £2,000, so this has got to be a bargain. Can assist with transportation anywhere in UK, and cheaply.

I've got a chap from the CRMC who runs Ragged Edge Racing (fibreglass products) wanting first dibs, his workshop has just been destroyed by fire, if he doesn't make a decision shortly, I'll let you know. Thanks.

It wasn't promised elsewhere, it was merely advertised on two web forums.......

....and is it now still "reserved, pending a desicion" or is it actually now for sale? would very much like to get on with it if possible.......

Yes, that is the intention.....but I would be grateful if you would ask your "cheaply" contact ..... don't want to burden the Beggers if it is avoidable...

Can you post a couple of pics of the outside pls.
