If I opened at 9 every day, that'd mean me working a 10-12 hour day, 7 days a week :roll:
Most of my customers appreciate me staying open until at least 7.30 in the evening as this gives them a chance of calling in on their way home from work, or booking a service to be completed whilst they wait/watch on their way home, etc. etc.

I thought it would work like this...

Johnny biker goes out on a Sunday and:
i. Notices bike needs a new <insert part name here>
ii. Wants to treat his bike to some bling

Johnny biker looks on the calendar and sees Black Bear, thinks 'I'll give those guys a ring on Monday' and I'll be sorted.

Come Monday, no answer :cry:

Instead, trawls the Internet and ends up buying from 'Charlie' Chester...
