Thank Gawd we've got some top class folk keeping our bikes on the road after being shafted by the MoFuCo;
(in no particular order lOl )

Spondon for his billet parts
Albert for his exhausts
Pash for when the smoke escapes
Maz for when it all goes tits up lOl
.......and now HoltWorks for their tanks

I'd call that a result 8-) :yup:

You are far better off using coppaslip than loctite on the majority of a Buell ;) .............. very few parts require loctite in my opinion ;)

What style or type feultap/petcock do you recommend for this aluminium tanks?
I asked Holtworks ,and they say every type can be fitted ,but what is a good option?

I spent all day Saturday making a light weight petrol tap for a Trials bike I'm finishing off (every Gram counts ;) lOl ) It turned out lovely and worked well, until I decided to turn some barbs on the outlet spout to save the weight of a clip. The fekin tool on my lathe dug in and the chuck mangled the tap out of all recognition - I walked to the door of my workshop and launched the remnants into the woods - much to the alarm of some passing Ramblers lOl lOl
