Why not get a train or coach and ride it back?

If its the right bike, distance shouldn't put you off.

Best outcome of any train journey I ever made!

A couple of bad experiences in the past I'm afraid, all the way to Southampton for a bag of shite that was nothing like it was described...And another bike in Aberdeen just as bad as the Southampton one!

PS.
Does anyone here know why I dont get e-mails to let me know when someone has posted on a thread I'm involved in? As far as I know it is turned on, but no mails! :?

I don't think the site uses the emails anymore apart from if you have a PM waiting for you.

This is a community though, with the unwritten rule that we don't rip each other off...

If a bike is described as something, it should be that something.

If in doubt, ask for more photos, a video maybe. Forum members who know the bike can vouch for it, or forum members local to the bike may even offer to view it on your behalf...

But he may have been a lurker for a long time, or he could have just bought the bike to sell on...

Just to put you all at ease - The bike has only had one owner and that's me. I purchased it from new. I maybe a new member, but have been to the site many times and read the forums.

Midas, get a van and get your ass up there. Looks as smart bike. I rented a van for 50 quid I think and had a 12 hour round trip to Scotland get my m2. Did a half way meet at Bristol get my xb.
