This afternoon I've received the following offer from Silverstone - is it of interest to UKBEG members?

We have now reduced MotoGP club tickets from £75.00 to £55.00 and I am pleased to also offer 100 camping spaces in the Silverstone Woodlands Campsite at £45.00 These can be purchased on a first come, first served basis when you purchase your tickets.

This a weekend ticket covering Friday 30th August to Sunday 1st September and includes;

– MotoGP, Moto2 and
Moto3 racing action
– 3-day Roving
Grandstand seating
– Free bike parking within
internal display area
– Opportunity to put up
a 4x4m marquee for a
club base in your area
– Display area with close
proximity to catering outlets
and trade and entertainment
– Track and air displays
– Giant screens – so you don’t
miss any of the action!
– On a first come, first served
basis as space is limited

I would probably only go up for the Sunday but might show up in the evenings if there's a party going on If enough people are interested I could probably get the Black Bear marquee up there. £55 sounds like good value for a 3 day event and you get to watch Marc Marquez in action close up

Mike - I'll let you know before the end of this week what the deadline is for Moto GP cheques.

We're not sure if we can make it now but with your 9 and a few others it shouldn't be a problem.

Jane and I won't be going to the Moto GP but we'll still handle the ticket application, so......

Moto GP - 30th August to 1st September, Friday to Sunday.

Silverstone Bike Club Scheme - £55.00 per person - 3-day weekend ticket with roving grandstand seating and free motorcycle parking within internal display area.

If you require a 3-day weekend camping ticket it's an additional £45.00 per person.

Cheques won't be cashed until we're ready to order the tickets. In the event of us not reaching a minimum of 10 tickets we will of course return your cheque.

Please send a stamped, self addressed A5 envelope and a cheque made out to Chris Jessop, to:

Great price love to go but just seen this and on holiday in Lanzarote untill 26th
But hope to see some buells there will there be a ukbeg stand or meeting place thank you bob

Bob - at the moment I'm not sure what the UKBEG set up will be, I guess things will become clearer nearer the event, once we know who and how many people are going.
