To save disappointing anyone, why not have two meet ups...one for those who have made plans for this weekend's meet up, and another one next weekend for those it suits better...I am sure there will be one or two who would do both weekends....result... Simples eh?? ;) :yup: :sun:

Oh that is rich!

You expect Frankie and I to catch our death of cold in those perilous conditions?

I can see it now, having to take refuge in a wayside hostelry, discussing our forthcoming hairstyles.

We’ll end up talking like Gogs and develop scurvy of the groins.

Away with you woman.

Flounces off, stage left………………………….. :coat:

If anyone has made plans for this weekend there will be a warm welcome at my place :yup: and I will take folks out for a tour of North Wales best canoeing roads and teach you how to speak gog.
As for scurvy of the groin there's a cream for that lOl .......copperslip.
Franky you'd get the same experience if you rode across the Irish sea, cheaper and the salt will help with the scurvy ;)
As for next weekend there are plenty of sheep shearers looking for work or we could take a detour via Mullets a go go, hair do's sorted :yup: simples.

Really sorry folks but after discussing the matter with Adam I've decided that the forecast atlantic storm with gales and heavy rain for most of the country north of Brum would make a ride out not only unpleasant but potentially dangerous :sad1:
As there is nowt planned for the 22nd next sunday lets make it an equinox rumble :yup:
Please reply in events section as its only here to catch folks attention.
BTW its nowt to do with the weather me and Adam are having stinger missiles fitted to the front of the bikes to deal with them pescy tourists :P

Same plan folks just a different day SUNDAY 22ND september.
Let me know
appologies but cant do owt about the weather :(

Cycled 65 miles through that weather on Sunday as part of our Coast to Coast(Reivers route)and it was really bad, face and legs stung by the rain and pretty dangerous cross winds. Thankfully we all got through unscathed.
