Instead of fiddleng with engines Willy you need to concentrate on some pussy.....

......especially as you intend to use the scavenge to provide aerated lube to the top end ......exactly how you're gonna do this is beyond me as you'd at least have to fit a restrictor into the circuit to get enough 'pressure'/flow to feed the rocker bushes......Buells have enough issues scavenging their sump, heads and camcase as it is without return oil being cycled back into the cases before they've made it to the tank

I feel that there are some 'Needle' bearings required somewhere

Don't forget that excess oil causes drag - and that robs power, remember that when you are spraying oil everywhere ...
