So over the coming weeks, when I get the chance, I will be breaking her down and giving the forum members the chance before e bay. Albert,Ast,Asv etc,will put a list in For Sale.

Yeah! I've been waiting for someone on here to rebuild an XB motor, or modifyone as a bigger 'rat' motor. I met a local chap with an XB 1410 or 1440cc job, but he won't post yet to tell us what was done!

.........but if you really must break it, I'd still buy a piece or two!

Erm, I did that earlier this year, full strip, check rebuild and a bit of porting thrown in for good measure!

Might be after a few bits myself come to think of it - if there's anything left after Willie's been round your gaff...
