Ok guys here's the answer do a soft reset ,,open your stylus,,and there a soft pin,,,go to the back of the pda you will see the reset pin hole apply soft pin until you feel a click ,,,should be good to go now and NO loss of content ,,hope this helps someone I was scared to do it in case I lost data.

So all you do is stick it in until you hear a click, I'll try that the next time I'm in Thailand.
