Where can I buy an engine temperature sensor for a fair price or a cross reference for another one that will work please

I am sure Ursus Americanus will give the best price, however before you buy, lets confirm there is an issue with the sensor.

I'll try and look through the data that you sent, tonight, which should help clarify.

I called BB I had a guide of around £30 hardley ableson have upped the price £97 WTF robin bastards I'm now the proud owner of a money pit and a member (fully paid up) of the harley cash machine..ps buell also had a strong smell of petrol at standstill ,lucky my wife wrecked the 1st pda I was able to rob the still half charged after a month battery today and just to top that my 20yr old jack Nicholson Ray bans fell of my head under the rear wheel of my forza I couldn't have smashed better with a hammer truly unrecognizable gutted

So Mr Ribi, I have had a quick look at some data...

I looked at 20131127_105138

Using ECMSpy for Mono, I ran a logfile analysis:




So, the analysis thinks that the ETS is not very well and it also thinks that the battery voltage is low.

I'll let Gunter comment on the lambda analysis, he has seen more of this data than me.

I had a look through the log in MLV and I can't see any signs of the ETS misbehaving, however the biggest problem I can see is that you have a regulator failure... Check out the battery voltage...


I would be asking Foxy Loxton for his best price on a regulator (and maybe treating yourself to a new battery whilst you are at it).

It was indeed a spelling mistake predict a spell or whatever you call it nothing intended or directed at Steve ,I was bemused with my lesson in nature you obviously are all far more intelligent than me ,I searched the web thinking this was the name of a parts supplier unknown to me !!but then again I don't suppose many of you can speak Thai as good as me,we learn what we need to know,and yes I did buy my bike from him,, PS does anyone else have problems downloading and having a usable ecmspy program or am I the only idiot here ? And thanks Nick I will check that out to the best of my ability ..I already hard wired the voltage regulator,,why is the fault intermitent ??

And afv ?? Settings

Not much point in looking at anything else until you fix the regulator. The ECM and its sensors are not going to be working properly with a system running at 18V.
