Hi folks as you all know, we normally meet up around this time, but due to people having commitments we have not arranged one, but how do people think about having a meet on the 22nd of Jan, and start our meetings again from a date we are mostly happy with, something like, April onwards...... let us know what you think  lOl

Sounds good to me Ray. 8-) 8-)

I don't mind what day or date we get together each month. I'm either at home or working away, so it's pot luck if I can make it or not.
I originally organised it on the 3rd Wednesday of the month purely because it was the same date that we used to meet with Yoffi at DG20.
If more people can attend on a different day or date, so much the better. :yup:
If people are fed up with the pub in Ashurst, that's fine by me too, it was just a venue near to DG20 which I hoped would attract the same kind of get together as we had before.
I don't mind where we meet, but in the winter months it's handy if the pub isn't too far off the beaten track, ie. close to a dual carriageway or motorway exit, but I don't know any pubs to recommend.
A pub is just a pub to me, it's the people that make it.

I'll be flying to N.Y. on the 2nd of Jan, but should be back in time for Ashurst on the 22nd.
Look forward to it. :sun:

I am happy to meet wherever, as long as its not too far away, the weather is ok for travelling, and people make the effort to turn up... :D

I am happy to turn up either on bike (weather permitting) or in the car....we are all the same people whatever we arrive in/on!! :yup: :sun: :4roz:

It is always nice to discover new places, so if anyone has any suggestions for a different venue, it would be good to have a change now and again. xx

:eat: Sounds like a plan, I should be back for that date :yup: anywhere is good for me.
As a good meeting place during the year for a ride out sort of meet I'd recommend the Departure Lounge just outside Alton. Very biker friendly and good food and atmosphere.....
