Adverts on Aliexpress are typically very badly worded, not only do they copy one advert onto another (changing only pictures and the title), but everything goes through automatic translation (which can be funny and a bit misleading).
To find the real deal, you need to make contact with the seller, and then make up your mind. There are bandits on Aliexpress (you can spot them usually) and it is not as safe as even e-bay, but there are safe guards; when you purchase an item, you pay your money to a third party, only when you have received your item do you acknowledge receipt and the seller receives payment.
If anyone fancies dipping their toes into Chinese waters, get in touch and I will put you wise to some of the more obvious scams.
Please be aware it is a very different world in the Far East, very different interests e.g. search for 'Japan doll' on Aliexpress and you will see what I mean
