how i got there plus other stuff......scribe line is to help me drill in the right place n depth and its on the rear face so it cant be seen when fitted ;)

this pic shows the rod eye is doing its job n striking the support bracket and not straing the roll pin which restricts movement ....more of that later :yup: :D

slots to resriict wheel movement and to stop u loseing the spring if your belt snaps.......the roll pin is retained in the slots to do this...........theres a mod in the next pic to stop the rubbing on the contact faces caused by the retaining screws pinching the outer plates of the tensoner to the carrier bracket :yup:

here is two M6 grub screws locking the outer plates on the shaft that pivots in the bush in the carrier bracket.........locking the outer plates on the shaft this way makes sure the shaft always turns in the bush ( which is now able to be gressed any time :D :D )....theres a trade off doing this ...when the outer sck cap screws are tightend up they no longer pinch the side plates to the carrier bracket and causeing wear ...this is good :dance: :dance:

no got it of ebay as an excersize .they sieze up because of no maintanace .the nipple will keep siezure at bay :yup:
