Sunday 27th July

This event is just a bit of fun and an excuse for a ride-out, we're trying to see how many 1996 to 1998 Buell S1 and S1WL Lightnings we can get lined up in one place. We will have an area of the car park reserved for our use.

S1 White Lightning + Lightning Strike, model year produced 1998, number built 2,210.

Location: National Motorcycle Museum, Solihull. Web site: here

Meet between 11.00 and 11.30 am - there's no set finish time, come and go as you please.

The NMM has a self service restaurant and ample parking. Access to these is free.

If you wish to see the museums superb collection of British motorcycles in five halls, charges are:
Adults £8.95
Senior Citizens £6.95
Children 5-16 year old £6.95
Family Ticket (2 Adults & 2 Children) £24.95

All makes and models of motorcycle are welcome but the event is primarily intended for Buell S1 and S1WL Lightnings.

Yeah I think you've been stitched up Steve. You thought that you had a proper executive type job where you had to work for a living; instead you've ended up as a cross between a despatch rider and a missionary for EBR. Oh well not a bad position :D

A few of us are meeting for breakfast at AV8, Cotswold Airport at 9am.

Be there or be square...

We're all good to go for tomorrow :P ....

Although the meeting time is still 11.00 to 11.30am, we'll be there a bit earlier to make sure they've got our dedicated parking area set up as planned.

When you arrive follow the entrance road in the car park all the way round to the left, towards the museum building main doors, and you'll find us.
