They don't last long enough to check, Rik. He gets through 4 a week in the rain. Dealer is no help, so we're looking for a different unit to fit, as he leaves for work at 6.30am.

...just hook up your AVO across the bulb holder and rev the bugger. Other than that, vibration is often the enemy... or is it cheap n nasty bulbs?...
No, the bulb unit rubber doesn't seal properly and lets in water.
