Now £4400 ovno, otherwise I'll just take the nice bits off it and flog it a bit cheaper.

For reluctant sale. XB12STT with Ss bodywork, seat and polished rear peg hangers. It's got about 3600 miles on it.

It's one of the last of the '07 models on an '08 plate, so it's got the bigger headers pipes and you can tune it with ECMspy (unlike the later models).

For those who don't know, the STT is basically the same as an Ss, with the long frame, but with slightly longer-travel suspension. It is widely regarded by those who've ridden them on Buell trackdays to be one of the best-handling XBs.

It's got most of the must-have mods already done to it:

Remus can with both sets of baffles available (street and race)
K&N filter
Tail tidy (polished)
Free Spirits belt tensioner
Axle crash bungs

Why am I selling? Normally I live for the moment (hence its original purchase), but right now I'm planning a couple of years ahead and want to make some changes to my life.

Not even an offer? Nobody got 2 washers and a bit of string?

If no one's interested I'll have to get the choice bits off it and sell the bike a bit cheaper! It's be a shame to do that, it's sorted as it is

Maybe I should chop it to piss him right off  ...or maybe that's the best thing you could do with these motors. You know, save the Harley mob wasting tuber motors

...and it's gone. Sold. Thankfully I didn't need to castrate it beforehand (sorry Dewalt).

I'm gutted. I must be mental
