Being unemployed has forced me to sell my Model Year 10 Red XT. Registered in April, 2010 it's a 10 plate with 8070 miles from new. It has A full Buell/HD service history.

It has a Free sprits belt tensioner (which Maz insisted on) and is fitted with a Garmin Zumo 660 sat nav. Other extras are red rim stripes which contrast the black nicely, a louder horn for the car muppets, updated xenon headlight bulbs so that they can see me, a full set of factory luggage inner liners (panniers and top box), plus the accessory handle bar storage bag and the gel back pad for the backrest. It's also wired for heated clothing and HD battery tender.

At 7777 miles, Guildford HD put on two new Pirelli tyres ( so only 300mls ago).

It's Datagged for extra peace of mind.

Being the last production year, it has the black frame, improved smoother gearshift and the right air scoop (as well as the left) to aid cooling.

Being an XT it has the full set of touring luggage which is easily detached and carried into a hotel. You can see from the limited mileage that I never got to use it much, the journeys I did were either 28 miles each way to work in the summer, or near Europe short holidays with my wife (France, Germany, Belgium and Holland). You can tell that it was properly warmed up and fearing that I will offend the true Buellistas, I can't remember EVER taking the engine past 5,000 rpm ( I know....wuss!!)

Always run on fully synthetic SYN3 oil, I had the head bearings changed last summer as a precaution. It has had whatever money it needed spending on it.

I plan to put it on EBay in early March but as there are few of these around and even fewer of the MY10 and even fewer with this low mileage, I wanted to offer the enthusiasts the first dibs.
I think it's worth near £6,000 so anyone who wants to PM me with serious offers of over £5,500, we can talk.

If it's not for you, that's cool

Nice quick sale, lets hope Trevor's little legs are long enough as he did mention that point in his introduction earlier :-)

Yes I am certainly looking forward to picking her up in a couple of weeks time, always wanted a Buell since riding an X1 back in 2001 or thereabouts, and I fully agree with all the comments on here it's a cracker, and full credit to Allan has been very well cared for, I think pampered is the word I'm looking for here. To say I'm over the moon is an understatement.......yipeee.... :worthy:

Yes I did thats true, but have done some research and the XT should be fine, unlike the X which I probaly would require a step ladder, lol  , and it's lighter than some previous bike I had so not really an issue.
