Kev - the ESA Space Expo is only 9.5 miles/18 minutes away from the Laverda Museum. I couldn't believe my luck when I found out that they're in the same area.

As you may well know I lived for twenty years or so in Groningen, and know the area very well. If you want a bit of down time and a swim in a super clean fresh lake (it's free CJ) visit 'de hoornes plas'
I only stopped going there because Green Pease kept throwing me back in the water

John Noordstrand of EBR Europe has confirmed that there'll be 2015 EBR's available for short test rides during our visit to Alkmaar on Wednesday June 3rd. I expect some light refreshments will also be laid on for us.

Owing to EBR's demise and the closure of their Alkmaar offices we've jiggled things around and our finalised(ish) itinerary now looks something like this ....

Interestingly, Cor Dees who owns the Laverda Museum that we're visiting on Friday 5th, has his son Aris racing in the KTM RC-Cup at DCR 2015, so we may well get to meet them over the weekend at Assen.
