No cassette gearbox, roller bearing main on sprocket side, weak primary case around clutch release, 7mm valve stems, single beehive springs, 3 phase stator that burns out windings and they like to throw rear pistons between the flywheels, usually resulting in the free rod smashing through into the gearbox, etc. etc. etc.......

Been there, done that lOl The motor was being ridden gently at the time by Mrs Adam and had done just over 2K miles from new :shock:
The HD Dealer in Chester were only willing to replace the damaged parts under warranty and just flush out the crank bearings etc .I had to insist on a complete new motor, and unlike HD, Erik B was was very supportive and had a new motor built :yup:
When I went to pick up the bike, the Dealer told me they had 'lost' my new motor :roll:
Erik came to rescue again :yup:
