Brilliant morning!

Firstly, good to meet some of the usual suspects and a few new faces at DG20 for the ride in.

Secondly, thanks to CJ and JJ for all the organisation, especially on the weather front.

The only downside of the whole day is that I took the Lotus out late in the afternoon and ended up blowing the radiator to bits (it grenaded in spectacular style!) - rad is under the "bonnet" at the front. Open top car - you do the maths. I got soaked in superheated coolant :x :x :x

Anyone remember the recent thead complaining about Buell servicing costs? :ner: :ner:

Dave

Guilty as charged mates!

All I can say in resonse is Spen's brilliant comment: Bloody Useless - Everything's Leeking or Loose.

I still love 'em both,

Dave

After such a glorious weekend would you believe it started raining 10 minutes after we arrived back home - I think someone up there was looking after us. We covered 527 miles in total and had a brilliant time.

There were over 50 Buells at Sammy Miller's today - we'd like to thank everyone who attended. You guys (and girls) make UKBEG what it is :worthy:...

We had a dedicated Buell parking area and the line-up was very impressive with a good selection of models.

Pash's S1 disgraced itself with a broken rear shock reservoir mount - some imaginative engineering ensured he made it to Sammy Miller's:

CJ,

Glad to hear you made it back in the dry.

You really should keep an "annual mileage" record and let us know how many miles you travelled this year to attend UKBEG events - I'm guessing that it would exceed the total annual mileage for quite a few of us!

It was indeed a good mixed turnout: its always nice to see that the fueller / tuber debate that goes on here sometimes doesn't exist when we all meet up.

Dave
