That's interesting. Got the full system on the X1 and it looks and sounds fantastic - no problem with the way it runs either.

I suspect the original will turn to rust before your eyes in a very short time, especially if it gets wet :(

I do like it , and my o/h said it was fine, just me I think ! I don't ride it when it's raining I take the gsxr out if it looks like rain .

The earlier headers are a good mod for the later bikes. My 2010 Uly has the earlier headers on (not that I ever ride it). All the post 08 US bikes have the earlier headers...
